New character design concept of using sound as a power.

_{(Not sure how yet... Being able to copy voices is an obvious one... Or maybe putting sounds/voices into people's heads? Then again, I heard of a theory that the right frequency of sound waves can be used to move things.. also like a telekenesis?)}
Heh... still working on it. Like I just came up with this TODAY.

This is Peneople. She's very nice and extremely optimistic. She gets sick a lot, and is rarely feeling what most people say '"100%" .. but she works through it and tries to keep a smile on her face most of the time.
(Though in this pic, she looks like she's doing better than usual! xD haha) Music helps cheer her up too. As you might have guessed, her favorite types of music are the more electronic-sounding stuff: Techno, Trance, Electro, Dubstep, ect.
